Show Houses - Stewart Milne - Portlethen

Stewart Milne Marketing department wanted something special at Portlethen to launch their huge development comprising of four separate sites at Leathan Mews. 

The Show Complex incorporates 3 different house styles, each with fully landscaped front and rear gardens.  All 3 gardens had mainly turf in the rear and specially selected planting to provide height and structure. 

The front gardens all have well designed planting to disguise unsightly but essential drain covers and this shows potential customers that having drains in the front garden is not a big problem with the correct landscape design.  Low ground cover plants will cover over the drain and surrounding in pulverised bark are virtually un-noticable.  A Egyptian bird bath was situated in the rear garden of the largest showhouse as a focal point as the garden was quite large.
